Reference Number : 0000359151 The Town of Cortlandt is seeking proposal from qualified Firms to prepare a Facility Assessment (FA) of multiple Town properties. The FA shall include recommendations and prioritization of projects for each site to be used by the Town as a tool to plan for capital improvements. The Town of Cortlandt is requesting an evaluation of various Town owned properties by an independent and qualified Firm to present an unbiased assessment of the conditions of each property and to provide recommendations for their best use. The Firm shall familiarize themselves with each property, all structures and buildings, facilities, recreational amenities and current programmed uses. The total number of in-depth site visits, interviews and investigations will be up to the Firm as part of their proposal The Firm is expected to meet with various Town Staff to discuss the current uses, past and planned projects and to tour each of the facilities. When able, the Town will provide existing property surveys, site plans, floor plans, concept plans, graphics, reports and similar material for each site. The Firm is expected to familiarize themselves with the material provided and summarize in their report for context. The Firm shall still provide an overall unbiased assessment of the Town's initiatives while commenting and providing their own list of projects and recommendations for each facility Cortlandt Waterfront Park Located at Riverview Avenue in Verplanck the Cortlandt Waterfront Park Campus includes a performance stage, boat launch, playground, two storage buildings, walking paths and park amenities located along the Hudson River.
