Reference Number: 0000359147 Qualified vendors to procure pump equipment for the Department of Environmental Facilities. Bidder Requirements o Awarded vendor must assist in installation and decommission of existing equipment at the New Rochelle Wastewater Treatment Plant at 1 Le Fevre Lane, New Rochelle, NY 10801. o Product support during warranty period may be required. o Bidders must be authorized distributors of the pump manufacturer being bid. o Product must be prepped for easy installation (i.e. direct fit) and must line up perfectly with existing lines. Flange bolt holes and electrical connections must align to current configurations. o Product must successfully interface/be compatible with existing PLC/motor controllers (if applicable). o All bidders must complete the Standardized Insurance form included with this bid request. o All bidders bidding alternate products must perform a mandatory site survey prior to award (no exceptions
