Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wellesley, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Project work will include the installation and replacement of granite curbing and cement concrete or bituminous concrete sidewalks and ADA ramps at various locations in the Town of Wellesley. This contract shall be made available to other Town of Wellesley Departments and Boards. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company, payable to the Town of Wellesley. The bid deposit shall be not less than 5% (five percent) of the total bid price. No such envelope shall contain more than one bid. A Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price will be required to be furnished by the Contractor to the Town of Wellesley as security for payment by the Contractor and Subcontractor for labor, materials, rental of equipment and for such other purposes as are set forth in the General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 29 and Chapter 30, Section 39A and all amendments thereto. A Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the value of the total bid price will be required by the Contractor to the Town of Wellesley to ensure faithful performance of the Contract.
