Attendance by prospective Bidders is strongly recommended. All personnel visiting the site will be responsible for their own personal protective equipment and no one will be allowed on site without the proper equipment (hard hat, safety shoes, eye protection). All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bid Documents may be submitted until 10:00 A.M. on Monday, August 19, 2024. Questions submitted prior to this deadline shall be responded to through the addendum process. Questions submitted after the deadline shall receive no response. Questions will not be responded to individually. Cut proposed and existing flooring as required. o Furnish and install three (3) submersible pumps and pump tubes. o Furnish and install all concrete for the pump intake and divider walls. o Form and pour concrete as required to create the proposed concrete penetrations for pump draft tubes and pump outlets. o Furnish and install splitter plate for the pump intake. o Furnish and install two (2) man doors. o Furnish and install two (2) manual roll up overhead doors. o Furnish and install prefabricated building with shed roof. o Furnish and install bollards and a concrete pad for the proposed transformer. o Furnish and install bollards and a concrete pad for the proposed generator. o Perform all trenching and backfill for the proposed buried electric service. o Furnish and install proposed harmonic filter.
