Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Duncan, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The CVRD requires the following elements as part of the service to be provided: Design - Proponent must submit a design detailing all audio/visual and Web Streaming components required. Hardware/Software - Supply of all required audio/visual/Web Streaming equipment including any wiring and electrical additions or modifications. Remove of all equipment scheduled for replacement. Note: The CVRD will be responsible for the disposal of the old equipment. The proposed system must initially service the existing Boardroom with the ability to allow for future expansion of that room as well as interconnection with other meeting rooms.
