Renovation of a mixed-use development in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
The improvement project includes removal of all plumbing piping, large steel sand filters and tanks, water pumps, accessory items, and installation of new filter, pump, and plumbing piping equipment for a functioning pool filtration system, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 664-045/052, located at Birdland Pool Facility, 300 Holcomb Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than April 30, 2025. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $785,000.00 Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. he City of Des Moines is pleased to provide accommodations to individuals with disabilities or groups and encourages participation in City government. Work on each improvement shall be commenced upon approval of the contract by the Council, and completed as stated below.
