Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision, transportation and all other items or services necessary to perform the commercial hood and duct cleaning at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Only trained, qualified and certified personnel are to perform the work IAW National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 96, Cleaning of Exhaust Systems, Chapter 11, paragraph 11.6.1. and the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA). Contractor shall remove all deposits left behind from grease-laden vapors. dirt, grease, oil, and any other foreign deposits on the interior duct work and exterior surfaces above exhaust system components shall be removed with no residue remaining as stated in PWS.PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base Year 1 - October 2024 - 30 September 2025 4 Option Year 1- October 2025 - 30 September 2029 IMPORTANT DATES AND TIMES: A pre-proposal site visit will be held at 9:00 AM CST on Tuesday, 6 August 2024. Interested parties must RSVP no later than COB Friday, 2 August 2024. (If no RSVP is received by this deadline, the site visit will be canceled) Questions will be due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday, 8 August 2024. Answers will be posted no later than 4:00 PM CST on Monday, 12 August 2024. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Friday, 16 August 2024.Quotes shall be submitted in electronic format and emailed to delores.harris.2@us.af.mil no later than the solicitation due date and time.
