Remodeling of an educational facility in Layton, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 82,770-square-foot educational facility.
Davis School District is requesting bids for the Davis Instructional Services Center Remodel. A certified check or bid bond not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, payable to Davis School District, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Upon award of a contract, the successful contractor shall furnish to the Owner a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Q & A deadline: Aug 13, 2024 2:00:00 PM EDT Substantial completion - February 28, 2025 Contract duration: 12 months The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any minor irregularities with the bids. The Board has final approval on the award decision and what is in the best interest of the District.
