Davis School District is requesting bids for the Davis Instructional Services Center Remodel. A certified check or bid bond not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, payable to Davis School District, must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Upon award of a contract, the successful contractor shall furnish to the Owner a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. Q & A deadline: Aug 13, 2024 2:00:00 PM EDT Substantial completion - February 28, 2025 Contract duration: 12 months The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any minor irregularities with the bids.
