Reference Number : 0000359099 Contract H-HVAC Sealed bids will be received for the following bid project: Rensselaer County WWTP Aeration System Upgrade and Miscellaneous Improvements Project The work site is located at: Rensselaer County Sewer District Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Street, Troy, NY 12180. All bidders must comply with the General Municipal Law, Sect. 103. All bids must include the completed Official Bid Form(s), Local Law #2 and Non-Collusive Bidding Certification Form and any other forms listed in the project manual. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form of an original bid bond or bank certified check and is subject to the conditions provided in the General Bidding Information instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
