Project No: 230688cz furnishing all labor; material, tools and equipment and performing all work required for the 1849 Park Phase 1B which consists of an park improvements including parking, lighting, and storm water detention. Proposals must be submitted on the Proposal forms provided and must be accompanied by a bid bond in a penal sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the total Contract Price proposed. The security may be in the form of a bid bond furnished by a reliable surety company having authority under the laws of Texas to write surety bonds in the amount required, with such bond made payable without recourse to the City. The envelope containing the bid shall indicate clearly on the front that it is a bid for 1849 Park Phase 1B. The Notice of Award of Contract shall be issued to the successful Offeror by the City within sixty (60) days following the opening of Proposals and no Offeror may withdraw a bid within sixty (60) days after opening thereof. The successful Offeror must furnish a performance bond and payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company authorized by the State of Texas to act as surety. Questions must be submitted using the Question-and-Answer process through Responses to questions posted on www.civcastusa.com will also be posted on the City of Pflugerville website for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for all questions until but no later than 2:00 PM ON Monday, October 14, 2024. The City of Pflugerville reserves the rights to reject any and all Proposals and to waive any informalities in Proposals received; to accept or delete Goods and Special Services as required to keep the total Contract amount within the funds budgeted; the right to award any parts or combination of parts of the Contract it deems necessary; and any other rights established under the laws of the State of Texas.
