You are invited to submit a formal proposal for the Dallas Love Field Airport On-Call Architect. If short listed by the Selection Committee, you will be notified and invited to make a presentation. Attached to this letter are the City of Dallas Minority Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) goals for Architects & Engineers, a revised Preliminary Scope of Work and Consultant Selection Guidelines (06-1). The M/WBE goal for this project is Architecture/Engineering 34.00%. Project Description: To hire an architect to provide interior design services for the existing Dallas Love Field campuses. Your Firm was selected for one or more of the pre-qualified categories for Architecture, Consulting Services, and Interior Design. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Subsequent to the issuance of this RFP, the City reserves the right to amend it, waive any requirement or irregularity, request modifications to submittals, providing all firms are treated equally, and reject any and all qualification statements for any reason. The City further reserves the right to award the contract for this project as deemed in its best interest.
