Reference Number 0000275551 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/08/14 12:00:00 PM EDT Pricing Lump sum The Surveyor shall carefully examine and survey the Place of Work: make special inquiry and inspect the public records of the corporations, commissions, utility companies, or individuals owning or operating or having control of any roads, pipes, sewers, conduits, or other services and structures to determine the existing conditions necessary for design and the availability of existing utilities required by the work whether above, below ground or concealed. The Survey Area is divided into two sections (see attached site diagram), please see details below which specify the requirements for each section. Section A: Blue Outline - Update to Existing Survey The existing survey will be provided to the successful bidder. Acquire and review Teraview and Survey records for the subject and adjoining lands, if required. Verify/replace boundary monumentation adjacent to the project limits outlined in red. Record: Location of buildings and site features Location of curbs, driveways, trails, pathways, painted parking lines Location of individual trees located on tableland, including tree number if tagged. Client to provide tree inventory with GPS points. (tree locations not required below the physical top of slope adjacent to valley) Updated location of all utilities, refer to requirements below Topographic information as required for Geological testing. Includes spot elevations along slope profile; top and bottom of slope with labels; top and bottom of retaining walls; width and thickness of retaining walls; slope starting from tableland extending to slope bottom and 15m beyond; scarp/erosion gully/slope failure areas.
