The City of Panama City Beach is seeking to establish firm fixed pricing for the purchase and delivery of ready-mix concrete on an as needed basis. The City makes no guarantee of a specific amount of concrete to be purchased under this bid. Delivery will be to various locations throughout the City of Panama City Beach and areas of unincorporated Bay County, Florida. Contractor/Vendor will provide, asphalt and paving materials as ordered by the City of Panama City Beach. BIDDERS must submit all questions, if any, in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the BID date. If necessary, questions will be answered as ADDENDA and will be issued to the Contract Documents and posted on the Citys website. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to determine if any addenda have been issued. Any and all questions regarding the Bidding documents shall be directed to the City of Panama City Beach Purchasing Manager: Carrie Jagers via email: purchasing@pcbfl.gov. Contact with any other City official or City employees for the purpose of inquiries regarding this Bid or the meaning or interpretation of these specifications shall be grounds for disqualification. Bids will be irrevocable after the time and date set for the opening of Bids and for a period of sixty (60) days thereafter. The City reserves the right to award multiple contracts for this bid and purchase any items based upon lowest price, and/or material availability, or a combination thereof, whichever is in the Citys best interest. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids (in whole or in part) with or without cause and to waive technicalities, irregularities, or informalities.
