Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cable, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
As of October 3, 2024. Project is awarded to Northwoods paving in the amount of 872,323.71 The Work is to Include Pulverizing Existing Asphalt, Reshape Crest On Hill by Fire Number 41595, 4 Inches of Base Placement, Final Base Preparation (Base Must Be Compacted Prior to Asphalt), Paving Two Inches of Hot Mix Asphalt (22 Feet Wide) and Construction of a 3 Ft Compacted Gravel Shoulder. Bids Are to Be Quoted Using Unit Prices of Placed Base and Scaled Asphalt Materials With the Asphalt Being Made From an Approved Wdot Mix Design. Gravel for the Base Shall Be Supplied by the Town of Cable Until the Town Depletes Their Supply of 5,500 Yards of 1 1/4 ". The Remainder of the Gravel for the Base and 3/4 " Gravel for the Shoulders Will Be Supplied by the Contractor.
