TIMELINE:
A Request For Proposals from Consultants has been issued by the Owner. The awarded proponent will provide e a Pre-qualified Engineering Consultant (Engineering Consult) who will provide
schematic design for roads network realignment, airside and groundside utility relocations, phasing and protection, storm water drainage system capacity analysis and design, relocation of existing electrical power and fiber communication network with furnishings (cabinets, switching stations, etc), future provisioning and coordination of new power capacity (by utility Authority/Supplier), and full rehabilitation of existing 1676mm CSP storm sewer pipe. Site investigations prepared by the GTAA Investigation Vendor under a separate contract with input and coordination by the Engineering Consultant. The Engineering Consultant is required to review the site investigation Terms of Reference (TOR), advise GTAA, and the Site Investigation vendor of any additional investigation or modifications to the TOR required as additional input required to complete the schematic design. Question Acceptance Deadline will be prior to 2024/08/13 03:00:00 PM EDT. The GTAA is seeking to hire a Pre-qualified Engineering Consultant (Engineering Consult) who will provide schematic design for the following General Requirements.
