Site work and paving for a civil project in Taylor Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Sealed bids will be received by the Taylor Township Board of Supervisors for installation of inlets, piping, and paving of Railroad Street, at PO Box 627, Hustontown, PA 17229. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. All bidders must be registered at the office of Keller Engineers, Inc. to be eligible to bid. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Proposal and Contract. A portion of this project is funded by the Commonwealth Financing Authority through a Department of Community and Economic Development Multimodal Transportation Grant. Taylor Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, omissions, defects or irregularities in the bids, and to accept and award any contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of Taylor Township. The Township may consider the qualifications and experience of the bidders and proposed subcontractors when evaluating bids. If the Contract is to be awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
