Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Woodland, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of November 4, 2025, bids received were rejected, Owner did the job themselves . The project consists of installing a new garbage dumpster enclosure at Horseshoe Lake Park in Woodland, WA near the Rolling Freedom Skate Park. The new enclosure will be similar to the enclosure near the Park Shed adjacent to boat launch. Includes 12' x 12' x 6" concrete pad, at grade. 3" minimum 5/8" compacted crushed aggregate. The chain link fence shall be 6' tall with privacy slats. Two full width swing gates with latching/lacking hardware at the center, facing parking lot. Fence placement shall be outside edge of concrete pad. The CITY OF WOODLAND reserves the right to cancel this request or reject any and all bids received or to waive any minor formalities of this call if in the judgment of the City of Woodland the best interest of the City would be served.
