Renovation of a detention facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Replacement of six (6) CRAC units in various spaces (all existing are above ceiling); Removal of a three (3) evaporator unit VRF system and replacing it with three (3) separate split systems; Replacement of existing refrigerant piping to the exterior condensing units; Addition of supply ductwork as shown on the drawings; Replacement of all controls for the CRAC units; Electrical power modifications to support replacement of the units; Bid alternates: HVAC Alternate #1 - Preferred vendor Liebert HVAC Alternate #2 - Parking elevator lobby split systems; $5,000 allowance for permitting; All work shall be performed normal working hours. As of October 30, 2025, this project has been cancelled.
