Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as parking structure repairs, as detailed by structure to include: concrete repairs, routing and sealing cracks and construction joints, sealant joint replacement, expansion joint replacement, bearing pad replacement, repairing loose stair railing, repairing loose perimeter railing, shear connector repairs and crack stem repairs in accordance with the drawings and specifications dated July 1, 2024. Anticipated Construction Schedule is approximately September 16, 2024 to December 20, 2024 Substantial Completion. Final Completion shall be January 20, 2025. Scope: The Scope of Work shall consist of and is generally described as parking structure repairs, as detailed by structure to include: concrete repairs, routing and sealing cracks and construction joints, sealant joint replacement, expansion joint replacement, bearing pad replacement, repairing loose stair railing, repairing loose perimeter railing, shear connector repairs and crack stem repairs. All questions are due via email no later than 10:00 A.M. (EST), August 16, 2024. Question Cut-off Date: In order to maintain posted IFB closing date and time, all questions related to this project shall be submitted in writing via email.
