General work description: Edge widening, cold planing, and 3" thick 3/4"-HMA overlay with geosynthetic interlayer on Hay Road from Burke Lane to State Route 113. The work also includes construction of a HMA driveway, roadside ditches, shoulder backing, striping, adjusting facilities to grade, and signage. Bidders may submit questions to mrtuggle@solanocounty.com. Work must be completed within THIRTY-FIVE (35) working days. The estimated cost of the project is $1,550,000. There is no DBE requirement for this project. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Contractor must possess a valid business license. Prevailing wages are required on this contract. The Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations determines the general prevailing wage rates.
