The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide and install the vinyl tent structure complete with all accessories. The tent will be installed and secured to concrete located behind the Aderholt Fitness Center, Alpha Warrior Pad. The 1 SOW FSS is looking to schedule the installation date as soon as the vendor is capable. 2. Requirements 2.1 The vinyl tent structure shall be 50' Wide X 58' Long X 23' Center Height X 15' Side wall 18 OZ. Cover. A skirt to seals the base. 2.2 The structure will include openings on each end, 15'wide x 10'high. 2.3 Material shall be flame retardant PVC Laminated fabric with polyester scrim. The STTS/RAS will be responsible to connect the main power and connection to the panel box. 2.4 The vinyl tent structure shall have a hurricane rating that meets Florida (local) building code. 2.5 The vinyl tent structure will include the appropriate Lightning Protection kit, with associated hardware, installed. 2.6 The vinyl tent structure shall include electrical and lighting, 6ea. 400watt 120volt single phase metal halide lights, "Reloc" (or equivalent plug and play light system), switches and panel box capable of receiving power from an outside source. After installation and assembly, the contractor shall inspect and test the tent structure and all utilities/accessories. The Government shall be present for this test and inspection. Acceptance of the structure will not occur until testing is complete and everything is shown to be in working order.
