Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Gwinn, Michigan. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
The Marquette County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for the demolition of residential property located in the unincorporated community of Gwinn, Michigan. The property consists of one fire-damaged residential duplex structure to be demolished. The site address is a structure at 108/110 Albatross Street, Gwinn, Michigan, and the parcel ID number is 52-05-525-019-00. Please note that asbestos abatement is part of the requested scope of work and that a portion of the building will need to be demolished as asbestos-containing due to fire damage in the structure causing structural and safety concerns in portions of the structure.
