A. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work required to construct complete in place and ready to operate the improvements shown in the Contract Documents. These improvements include, but are not limited to, the following The project consists of replacing the existing 100,000 gallon Ethridge water tank and with a 250,000 gallon water tank. Site upgrades including subgrade stabilization, electrical additions and fencing are required. Proper installation and maintenance of BMPs is required throughout the duration of this project. B. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, equipment and materials to complete this Project. The Contractor shall provide its own generators or make arrangements for temporary power. C. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cost of permits or licenses required to complete the work. The Contractor shall complete all necessary clean-up and restoration work such that post construction conditions are equal to or better than those conditions that existed prior to any construction activity occurring.
