Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hilo, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The project shall in general consist of, but is not limited to, renovation of the existing Audio-Video (AV) systems and associated low-voltage AV Control Systems. Scope of work includes selective demolition, installation of new AV equipment and associated cabling, reuse of several pre-existing AV components for the renovated system; connection of the new AV system to the 1st-Floor Data Room; turn-key provision of new equipment; control system software development for new system; various other software configurations; advanced audio system testing (using a calibrated PC-based software measurement platform) and tuning of system; training the Owner/end-user staff; and miscellaneous related work as shown on the plans and specifications.
