All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers1 and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. The following waivers apply to this Contract: De Minimis, Minor Components, Pig iron and direct reduced iron Description: The Project includes the following Work: Well Completion generally consists of one new well house, vertical turbine well pump, motor and column pipe, electrical, emergency generator, controls, associated piping, site development, transmission main from well house to existing domestic system, and pump-to-waste system. Bids are requested for the following Contract: EJCDC(R) C 520, Agreement between Owner and Contractor for Construction Contract (Stipulated Price). Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $2,500,000. The Project has an expected duration of 215 days.
