SCOPE OF WORK St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton is looking for a qualified Roofing Contractor to remove and replace the existing roof system. The Work site is 50 Charlton Ave East, Hamilton. There are 7 roofs on the St. Luke Wing and 12 stairwell roofs on the parking garages that need to be replaced at the Charlton Campus. Work is to commence immediately and be completed by March 1st, 2025. Subject to St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton's reserved rights and privileges set out in this RFT, the Contract shall be awarded to the bidder that submitted the compliant Bid with the lowest Procurement Value. Bidders eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender have been previously selected through the process of Request for Supplier Qualifications RFSQ No. 2737507712 - Prequalification of Roofing Contractors. Only those pre-qualified firms from RFSQ No. 2737507712 shall be eligible to submit Bids for this Request for Tender. All responses to this Request for Tender shall be submitted in English.
