7) Common Stairwell hall painting (five floors)
8) Common stairway new LED lighting fixtures.
9) Full painting of 8 apartments
10) Apt 4B repair/replace two window balances
11) Apt 4B reuse granite counter, cut for 30" oven
12) Snake outside basement entrance drain.

Westchester County Department of Planning through the Landlord Tenant Assistance Program is requesting bid proposals for HVAC & Interior Upgrades. The County of Westchester reserves the right to reject any or all proposals to accept any bid, to omit any item or items or to waive any informality in a proposal, as deemed advisable in the interest of the County. The County also reserves the right to award the contract completely or in part. The County may reject a proposal in which any unit bid price, which in its judgment appears to be unrealistic or out of the norm with known costs or other unit prices in the proposal.
