The project consists of the renovation of existing kitchen and housing space on the 3RD Floor of St. Charles County Department of Correction’s to become new substance abuse and behavioral health housing units and includes construction of a new mezzanine. The construction phase of this project shall have a Supplier Diversity participation goal of subcontracting with MBE of 10%, with SDVE of 3%; and WBE, DBE, and/or VBE of 10% of the GMP. The Construction Manager at Risk is strongly encouraged to include minority and women owned firms. CMRs are also strongly encouraged to include Missouri-based firms on the team.
