Reference number: 20011052 Electronic tender submission accepted: No As part of this project, the Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) is looking for a cabinetmaking company to design, manufacture, deliver and install furniture for the laboratory, pharmacy and dental laboratory departments at its new CMC in Waskaganish, according to the plans provided and within the required timeframe. The purpose of this Notice of Call for Interest is to identify suppliers who will help us achieve the objectives and meet the needs expressed. In addition, we are seeking information that will help us better estimate budgets and deadlines. The present Notice of Call for Interest is not and cannot be considered as a call for tenders. It does not create any obligation on the part of the CCSSSBJ to call for tenders or award a contract to any person or organization submitting a Declaration of Interest to this Notice of Call for Interest document. The Declarations of Interest will contribute to the market analysis activities carried out by the CCSSSBJ and to the preparation, if necessary, of a call for tenders or a private contract. Declarations of Interest will be sent by e-mail to the person responsible for the Notice of Call for Interest identified in the Notice of Call for Interest document. The CCSSSBJ plans to take possession of a new building (CMC Waskaganish) in January 2025.Deliveries and installations of the various assets are therefore scheduled for the first quarter of 2025, with a view to the gradual opening of the various CMC departments. Thus, considering the timetable for the opening of the CMC dental clinic, laboratory and pharmacy departments, the design and manufacture of the furnishings identified herein must be scheduled for delivery and installation no later than February 2025.
