Site work for a civil project in Shakopee, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Project consists of constructing the Water Tank No. 9 Project located within the City of Shakopee, Minnesota. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids to be on a lump sum and unit price basis. General Project description is as follows: Construction of a 500,000 gallon elevated steel spheroid water tank with insulated and heated space in the base cone, 650 lineal feet 12-inch watermain, 500 lineal feet 16-inch watermain, 2 acre of site grading and stormwater basin removal and installation, existing irrigation well pump and drop pipe removal and conversion to monitoring well, booster station pump and appurtenances replacement. The bid bond must be payable to the Shakopee Public Utilities in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
