Renovation of a mixed-use development in La Prairie, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Phased upgrades and repairs to De La Petite-Gare elementary and De La Madeleine high schools building in the framework of the owner's Asset Maintenance program. The scope of work includes: - De La Petite-Gare school: upgrades to the building roofing, mechanical and electrical systems as well as certain interior components. - De La Magdeleine school: improvements to eliminate regulatory non-conformities and technical deficiencies relating to acoustics, scenography, food services and vertical circulation. TIMELINE: Process of the Request for proposals from civil and structural engineering professional consulting firms to provide design and construction ork monitoring services has closed. Deposited submissions are under review at the owner. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling award is anticipated in late fall 2024. Timelines of further project development will be finalized after a design consultant award. Further update at that time. Note. After award the project will be followed in the report under CRM ID name École de la Petite-Gare and École de la Magdeleine Renovation.
