Item 1: Milling an approximate 4,600 feet. 10,478 SY section of Gray Road (TR664), with approximate 472 tons of scratch coat followed by 10,478 SY of wearing course. Item resurfacing specifications are listed in contract. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination Decision and Anti-Kickback regulations (29CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts.
