Questions Due Date: Aug 14th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT Estimated Contract Value: $90,000.00 Sealed bids for bridge maintenance work including structure mounted guide rail installation, concrete repairs, tie-rod installation, and paving at the Shreiner Station Road Bridge in Manheim Township NOTE: The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Manheim Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is ninety (90) calendar days. Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. A pre-bid conference has not been scheduled
