Site work and renovation of a civil project in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project generally includes: 1. Balligomingo Pump Station: Remove two (2) existing pumps and motors and replace them with two new dry-pit submersible wastewater pumps. Install two (2) new VFDs and controls for the new pump. Replace some related suction and discharge piping and associated valves. 2. Trout Run WPCC Main Pump Station: Remove one (1) existing influent pump and motor and replace it with a new dry-pit submersible wastewater pump. Install one (1) new VFD control for the new pump. Replace approximately 15 feet of discharge piping. The Work will be performed under two (2) Contracts as follows: BT-1-24 - General Construction BT-2-24 Upper Merion Township hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
