Renovation of a municipal facility in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of October 4, 2024, Addendum No. 1 has been issued. Interior renovation to include new finishes, furniture, reconfiguration of space within the current moveable furniture guidelines, all associated electrical and data, and all related work. a certified or cashiers check made payable to the State of Tennessee in the amount of $1000.00. Additionally, the Drug Free Workplace Affidavit and a five percent (5%) bid security is required. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: LKC Engineering, PLLC 140 Aqua Shed Court, Aberdeen NC 28315 Project No: SRP-W-ARP-0182 The scope of work includes interior renovation work on the 13 th and 14 th Floors of the Andrew Jackson Building for the Treasury. The project is an AWS project - alternative workspace project where interior renovations are designed to consolidate workspaces within the buildings. The work includes rework of interior partitions, replacement of ceilings and flooring, painting, replacement of doors and hardware, interior glazing, and associated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work. Any finishes damaged during construction thru demolition or replacement of materials will be replaced to provide for a seamless renovated aesthetic.
