The District School Board of Pasco County, herein known as the "District", is soliciting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select two (2) construction management firms to provide Construction Management "At Risk" Services as governed by AIA Document A133-2019 and companion document A201-2017 for the two (2) construction projects contained within this RFQ package. Gulf Middle School Replacement Project: Address: 6419 Louisiana Avenue, New Port Richey, FL 34653 Architect: TBD Estimated Construction budget: $72,000,000. Commencement date: June 2025 Completion date: July 2027 Scope of Work: New Construction, Demolition and Remodel Combination - 1600 Student Stations. Type of Construction: New Construction/Demolition and Remodel Gymnasium at Kirkland Ranch: Address: Innovation Drive, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545 Architect: Hepner Architects - Repeat Design Estimated Construction budget: $15,000,000. Commencement date: January 2025 Completion date: August 2025 Scope of Work: New Construction of a Gymnasium and associated spaces of approximately 28,000 sq ft Type of Construction: New Construction The Board, through authorized District representatives, shall at its discretion, have the authority to re-establish the scope, schedule, and budget of the project, or to cancel any of the project if it is determined that this action serves in the best interest of the District. The District reserves the right to accelerate or decelerate the schedule of this project. Anticipated Board Recommendation: October 29, 2024 Anticipated Board Award: November 5, 2024 M/WBE is defined as any business concern which is organized to engage in commercial transactions, which is domiciled in Florida, which is at least fifty-one percent (51%) owned by minority persons, and whose management and daily operations are controlled by such persons. Is your firm, the proposing Construction Management firm signing the RFQ, (not your firm's sub-contractors) classified as an M/WBE If so, upload a copy of your current M/WBE Certification from the State of Florida or other certifying agency within the State of Florida.
