RFQ - On-Call Construction Project Management Services and Engineering Project Management Support Services. The Department of Water Resources (DWR), Division of Operations and Maintenance, Project Management Office, invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualification (SOQ). The services to be provided will be engineering expertise and construction project management services (CPMS) on an as-needed and as-directed basis to support civil, mechanical, electrical, dam safety, and fire systems projects directly related to hydroelectric generation and pumping plants, water conveyance systems (such as large pipes and aqueducts), and dam safety. The specific work and deliverables are identified in Exhibit A, Description of Services, and will support the Division of Operations and Maintenance's Project Management Office. Questions must be submitted in writing via email by 10:00 AM on August 6, 2024, to Angela Marchbanks. Angela.marchbanks@water.ca.gov. Answers regarding general RFQ questions will be provided via Information Letter and addendum on August 10, 2024. Completion date for final Rate Sheet (estimated date) 10/18/24.
