Valley Water anticipates awarding agreements to one or more vendors for a two (2) year term with the option of three (3) one-year term extensions if Valley Water so elects. The Proposer will provide the services outlined in Section 3 - Scope and Specifications. No Bidder may withdraw its Bid for a period of 120 calendar days after the date of opening of the Bids. The undersigned understands and agrees to be bound to the proposed Scope of Services and Cost Proposal for 180 days from the date of proposal submittal. Proposers may not communicate with Valley Water Board Members, staff, or consultants who currently provide services for Valley Water.
