Description

Renovation of a military facility in San Antonio, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Please provide the following: 1. The name of your firm and contact information. 2. Your NAICS code 3. Past performance experiences related to this project BLDNG 957: Demolition- Remediate and properly remove existing metal window in accordance with UFGS 02 82 00 Asbestos Remediation and UFGS 02 83 00 Lead Remediation. Existing window metal frame, has Lead based paint with asbestos on their window glaze. BLDNG 957: New Work- Provide and install new door seals and/or door sweeps for two standard man doors in the space to ensure they meet sound attenuation. (Submittal #1) Fill with concrete masonry unit (CMU) new open window area. Prepare and paint new install CMU to match existing paint. Ground existing conduit within six inches of the perimeter wall to an approved earth ground. BLDNG 937: New Work- Provide and install new sound rated seals (Sides and drops) and/or door sweeps along with astragals to two Double 12' Equipment Doors Emergency exits to meet sound attenuation. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of this construction project will be (a) Less than $25,000.00 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
