White City VAMC requires inspection, cleaning and testing of life/safety support devices per various NFPA, and need to be accessed. Dampers to be inspected are in the SOW and the Damper listing attachment. Questions to this RFQ shall be submitted via electronic mail to the Contracting Officer, Brian Millington at brian.millington@va.gov. Questions shall be accepted until 17:30pm PT 13 Sept 2024. The Government is not obligated to respond to any questions received after that date and time. All questions received within the designated timeframe that the Government considers relevant, will be answered. Responses to questions will be provided as amendment to the RFP that will be made available to all potential Offerors. Telephonic inquiries are not acceptable and will not receive a response.
