American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Requirements: Funding for this Project has been provided in full or in part through an agreement under the U.S. Department of Treasury, American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) forming the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds ("SLFRF") program between the County of Riverside (County) and Eastern Municipal Water District (District). By entering into a contract with the District, the Contractor and its subcontractors shall comply with all the federal funding requirements whether or not any such requirements are expressly delineated in these Contract Documents. All bonds shall be executed by admitted surety insurers, as defined in Code of Civil Procedure section 995.120.
