The City of Little Rock Public Works Department, Civil Engineering Division is seeking a qualified General Contractor to provide comprehensive heavy construction services for the VALLEY CLUB REPAIRS project. Repairs to sidewalks and curb & gutter on Valley Club Circle at golf cart overpasses This bid solicitation requires a Bid Bond of 5.0 percent of the total bid submission. This requirement can be satisfied by cashier's check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in this state of Arkansas or by a corporate bid bond. Prior to contract award, the selected vendor shall submit an Arkansas Performance and Payment Bond as found in the Specifications and Bid and Contract Documents.
