Wright County, Missouri re- quests proposals for grant administrative services to assist in a project financed with an estimated $625,550 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to construct a new county maintenance shed for the road and bridge department. Disclosure: The South Central Ozark Council of Governments assisted the County in preparing the grant application, and therefore has familiarity with the project. Administration services shall include, but are not limited to, the implementation of the project in conformance with the following CDBG compliance area:
Environmental review, financial management, procurement, contract management, labor standards, equal opportunity/civil rights, citizen participation, acquisition/relocation, and closeout. Information provided to Wright County, Missouri shall include at a minimum: 1. The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to CDBG grant ad ministration. 2. The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as accessibility to clients, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules. 3. The capability of carrying out at aspects of grant related activities 4. Cost of services 5. References from previous clients of related work with the firm within the past five years 6. Documentation of compliance with E-Verify requirements. A cost for grant administrative services should be submitted as a clearly defined lump sum bid. Contracts executed for administrative services shall be contingent upon the award of the grant and commitment of all project funds.
