Modernization of Housing D Plumbing Renovation Living Unit 19 Basile Housing Authority The Work for This Project is Generally Described as Selective Demolition of Interior Finishes, Plumbing, and Sanitary Sewer, and Installation of New Interior Wall Finishes, Floor Finishes, Sanitary Sewer, Plumbing Supply Lines and Services Lines to Existing Toilet, Bath, and Lavatory Locations and Other Necessary and Required Work for Proper Installation as Described in the Specifications and Construction Documents. All Prime Contractors Are Required to Register With the Architect. Sealed Bids Shall Be Accepted From Contractors Who Are Licensed Under La R.s. 37:2150-2163 for the Classification of Building Construction. Each Bona Fide Bidder is Required to Comply With Provisions and Requirements of La R.s.38: 2212(a)(1)(C). No Bid May Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After Receipt of Bids, Except Under the Provisions of La R.s. 38:2214 or Without the Consent of the Housing Authority. Attention is Called to the Provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, and Payment of Not Less Than the Minimum Salaries and Wages Set Forth in the Specifications Under the Davis-bacon Act Must Be Paid on This Project. The Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids For Just Cause.
