This Project is being supported with U.S. Department of the Treasury, American Rescue Plan, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (SLFRF) grant funding. The Project includes the following Work: The work will consist of abrasive blasting, repair, surface preparation, and painting all interior and exterior surfaces for the following: 100,000-gallon Double-Ellipsoidal Elevated Tank - "Post Office Tank" Tank is located behind the Post Office at 1716 Pennsylvania Avenue, Allardt, TN 50,000-gallon Ellipsoidal Elevated Tank - "Mt. Helen Tank" Tank is located at 1618 Moore Knob Road, Allardt, TN Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum (stipulated) price, together with Unit Prices basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Successful Bidder must furnish a payment and performance bond. In accordance with the Contract Documents, documentation that the prospective General Contractor and its Subcontractors meet minimum qualifications shall be provided and submitted. Subcontractors must also not appear on the online disbarment list. Mark-ups on Subcontractor work or Cost Plus Overhead will be disallowed for reimbursement. The Successful Bidder shall comply with the Department of Labor Safety and Health Regulations for construction promulgated under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (PL91-596) and under Section 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (PL91-54), or latest revisions.
