The Contractor shall perform the Services consisting of providing NYCHA with material, equipment, staffing and personnel, within the labor categories set forth in (for the performance of facilities and grounds maintenance, cleaning and repair services. Such services shall consist of but are not limited to: a) Landscape Care and Maintenance Services: i. Mowing ii. Planting iii. Seeding iv. Fertilizing v. Raking vi. Sweeping vii. Mulching viii. Watering ix. Pruning x. Weeding xi. Aerating xii. Snow & ice removal b) Facilities Maintenance, Cleaning and Repair: i. Collection and disposal of refuse ii. Plumbing repairs iii. Electrical repairs iv. Janitorial I custodial services v. Maintenance, and repair of building systems, heating I ventilation I air conditioning (HVAC) vi. Carpentry repairs vii. Appliance repair viii. Maintenance of water distribution systems ix.
