Withdrawal of Bid: No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening unless the vendor has made a clerical error. The bidder shall give notice in writing of his claim of right to withdraw his bid within two (2) business days after the conclusion of the bid opening procedure and shall submit original work papers substantiating the error with such notice.
