Site work for a road / highway in Mount Holly, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The City of Mount Holly, NC (the City) will receive sealed bids for the Dutchman's Creek Archway This project consists of fabrication and installation of one archway along Highway 27, resulting in increased usage and visibility of the Dutchman's Creek Greenway. The contractor will be responsible for and not limited to acquiring an easement and survey for the specific location, acquiring permits, calling in locate requests, providing the archway, and installing the archway to proper working order per wayfinding specifications. Specific location of the archway on Highway 27 TBD. A digital rendering of the sign brought forth from page 27 of our Wayfinding Sign Master Plan is included. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The City reserves the right to reject any proposals for failure to comply with all requirements of this notice or of any of the contract documents; however, it may waive any minor defects or informalities at its discretion. The City further reserves the right to reject all proposals or award a contract which, in its judgment, is in the best interest of the City
