Submitting a Sealed Bid Which Will Be Accepted By the St. Francois County Commission for Supplying the Following: Materials, Equipment and/or Services as Specified Below: Item: 8 Exterior Aluminum White Frame Doors With Electronic Door Strikes. Removal of Old Doors and Installation at the Weber Road Facility Payment for Materials, Equipment, or Services (Unless Otherwise Agreed) Will Be Paid Within Thirty (30) Days From the Delivery Date. Acceptance of Bid by the County Commission and Notification of Same Will Constitute a Legal Contract. Failure to Supply The Material, Equipment of Supplies in the Manner Specified Will Be Held Accountable. The County Commission of St. Francois County Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids for Any Reason Deemed Justifiable. Saint Francois County would like a bid on Replacing 8 exterior doors at the Weber Road Facility located at 1101 Weber Road Farmington, Mo. It will consist of removal and disposal of all 8 doors and installation of all 8 doors and install existing locks with electronic strikes We would like to have Oldcastle wide stile aluminum doors with mid rails and 10 bottom rails. 6000 series frames. White paint finish so they match the rest of the facility. Contact Brian Briley at 573/631/8039 to come inspect and measure.
