The University of Waterloo is looking to re-commission the following buildings on our main campus: E5, E7, DC, EV1, EV2, EV3, MC, and C2. The successful proponent will be responsible for assessing the performance of the existing buildings control system, including evaluating the system's components and functionality to identify any deficiencies or areas for improvement. Creating a detailed commissioning plan, conducting functional testing of the system, calibrating sensors for accurate measurements, assessing integration with other systems, and generating reports summarizing findings and recommendations. Additionally, the project involves documenting adjustments, testing procedures, and repairs or replacements, as well as providing training to the facility staff responsible for operating and maintaining the building control system. The purpose of this re-commissioning project is to enhance the system's performance, identify energy-saving opportunities, and improve overall building efficiency.
